Wrong firmware Hikvision 2cd1143g0-i

Hello everyone,
I purchased a Hikvision 2cd1143g0-i (c) and I think the firmware version that came with, is wrong.
Its missing snmp feature ,hdd recording and encoding sdk.
A coworker purchased the same one , from a different store and It has my missing features.
I am trying to flash the correct one, but every time fails.
the version that now has is the V5.5.800 build 210628
and I am trying to install V5.5.89 build210429

What should I do ? return it back? is anything else I can do ?

Are you using IE11 to access the web GUI?

I've not seen that version yet on the portals.
Does the web GUI have any new 'integration protocol' selections that need to be enabled?
The .800 suffix is associated with updates for this vulnerability :

Are you using IE11 to access the web GUI?


I've not seen that version yet on the portals.
Does the web GUI have any new 'integration protocol' selections that need to be enabled?

Yes I am connecting with internet explorer 11. + my coworkers cam has a pictures tab , beside configuration and live view. Mine not.
It has HIKVISION CGI and onvif on internet protocols.
My camera is not listed on this version update.

Hello, I have the same problem, it does not recognize any SD card to store recordings, I have version V5.5.88, it does not allow me to update to the most recent one, did you find a solution?
