Brothers, I have problem and I really need solution for that I bought some xtrame vision cameras and after one year I noticed that three network cameras not display in program display Although I ping three cameras successfully and the UID number is correct but when camera operates does not move while turning on I do not what is the problem ?
I think maybe the camera needs upgrade but I searched about firmware I did not find ,so please help me.
