From what I understand, it's hard to file a defamation lawsuit when you've been tied up, blindfolded, gagged and thrown in a ditch...alive but scared shitless if you have half a brain......and maybe counting your blessings. :wtf:
 
What's happening in Canada mirrors quite well what's happening on many liberal states such as California, Washington, etc.

But if one were just to post a video with commenting something like "Look at the thief!" it would be hard to make a case for defamation.

I mean, one is allowed to post video they've taken on their own property as 90% of these thefts are visible from the street anyway, hence making it within public view.

So the only thing that makes it illegal seems to be that it is an explosive. I wonder if there could be something else that would make such a loud sound but not be considered an explosive?
