I guess the gutter near the cars was just too far to walk.......what a moron.
He got out of a taxi at the top of the road and walked past 2 back entries but decided to stand under 1 off 3 street lights in my street.

entitled scum - sadly the country is full of em and their "I'm alright Jack" attitude. He prob lives a few doors up the road but couldnt be arsed holding it a bit longer.
I would say more the hops and white powder running through his veins so probably not knowing if it was New York or New year never mind where he was.

i'd say he wasnt far from home. He's done the "get out the taxi, have a fag, piss and a few breaths of fresh air before i get home thing". That or he didnt want the guys he was sharing a taxi with to know where he lived lol
What cam do you have facing up the street to where he got out? Is that your PTZ also? Can make out one of the passangers faces!

I feel this individual was trying to help out the local environment by increasing the Green Space by self watering the area. Not a lot of trees, grass, or anything remotely called green space vs a few shrubs in that spot . . .
