Zxtech Premio 12mp camera people’s thoughts?

Nice night time shots. But without a person moving through the FOV, it is impossible to decide if these cameras are worth it for security purposes. The whole idea is to get a good enough face capture for an ID.

could be a firmware issue, or could be a not-so-great SD card. try a different one, class10 or better, if it's convenient...

iIt’s a class 10 SanDisk 128gb micro sd, both the ptz camera and sd card are less than a month old.
