can you help me about a hikvision ANPR camera
I have 7 series ANPR camera and NVR with supporting one.

I want it to connect with a gate that opens electrically which connects a motor.

First I want to know the connection to the motor is from the ANPR camera or NVR

Second I want the connection details like its diagram

if anybody knows please help me

Hard reset cam is only way - start from square one. Look up model for instructions

hello i have dahua dhi0nvr5432-4ks2 nvr it was working for a year without any error or signal it stop working the power is working but the system is not runing any one who have any idea tell me please what i shoud check or fix

To test your BI phone ap I have a test user set up. Select add new user and enter E3J4K3TVP2 IN THE key BOX, 192.168.1.84:82 for LAN, 100.70.175.36:82 for WAN.
User name is remotetest and password is remotetest.
To test your BI PC, use a browser and enter the above WAN and it should pop up with a login screen where you can enter the same name/password there.
Let me know which one works.
(Note that Tailscale must be on on your devices)

Hey, i have hikvision DVR model no. DS-7216HGHI-F2. I have updated the firmware with batch configuration tool and it shows update successful. after it Dvr is rebooting continues it just show logo and reboot. i use to update with hikvision tftp but is showes "TFTP server [192.0.0.128] initialized". when i try to update with serial cable uboot ctrl+U is not working. please how to fix it.

Hey Andy, I'm looking at setting up my first security system for my home.
I'll be running Security Spy on my 2020 M1 Mac mini.
I am looking at purchasing four cameras.
Three of them would be mounted outside the house and one of them will be inside of a detached garage.
We're hoping to have great night vision in order to see the deers and coyotes that go by the house.

I'm not sure if we'll be able to run an ethernet line to the detached garage yet..
I have decent Wifi signal at the bar, on top of recommending a POE camera for the garage can you also recommend one that would work on WiFi?

Hello! I purchased five IPC-T2431T-AS-3.6mm cameras from Amazon under the Loryta brand in June 2021 and one of them is having issues. It's stuck in a reboot loop after my power went out. I have tried a different port on my PoE switch that was used by a working camera but it did not help. I'm unable to try installing any firmware since the camera reboots during the process. Could you please let me know if it's still covered under warranty? Would it be possible to replace it?

Hi Andy, I have a dahua starlight turret POE cam system with matching NVR I got from you in 2015 that's running great. I wish to setup another for a comparable price. What cameras would you recommend now and a matching NVR. $150-220 per camera would be budget. I want something at least as good as the dahua starlight turrets I have. I believe they were 2mp.
