Hi Andy,

I'm looking for one IPC-Color4K-T S2 version with a 2.8mm lens or anything better with good night vision to monitor my driveway. I live in the UK, so I was also wondering how much I'd have to pay for shipping and import fees.

I'm looking for one or two 2.8mm cams with good night vision, most likely the IPC HDW-5442TM-ASE, if that's the best one for night vision?

I'm in the UK, so please can you let me know how much it is per camera, plus shipping and if I need to pay VAT or import tax?

THanks.. good price hikvision oem shipped from Hong Kong iirc .. personally sensor is smaller than I like and I've got plenty of cameras with small sensors already

I think this should work with some of the LaView hivision oem kits which were popular .. check nvr specs if you are adding this to a hikvision nvr .. want one that supports the resolution

btw - I think the body is plastic .. should work well enough for the life time of this camera ..

I have an EZVIZ camera but I am in a country where it is banned
I can run a proxy breaker from the phone, but when the camera is connected to the network, it does not work because the network IP is blocked by the company. Now I cannot turn it on and connect it to the network.
can any one help me with this?

Hello. kamera logitech alert 750n The IR illumination remains on, the camera is not visible to the Logitech software. Does anyone have any ideas how to get it to work?

Today a message appeared "HDD space is insufficient now".
Is it normal to receive an insufficient HDD space message even if you have set to overwrite HDD?

hi team, Ive currently expanded 16ch Dahua XVR by adding 7x ip cams via poe switch. client asking to enable face recognition on one of the 8mp ip cam which im not able to select on the setup as its only giving me the option of the first 16 x hd cameras. Is that a no go option. cheers

Did you find an issue with the newer firmware? I'd be interested to know, because I just discovered the newer firmware after you posted.

Also, hopefully, you were able to find the firmware with the URL adaptation method I was talking about.

Hello,

I had updated one of my camera to V3.140.0000000.3.R.231121. That update offers some new features such as a fix with overexposed images with the white light illuminator.

I was experiencing problems with the recording on my NVR (DHI-NVR4204-P-4KS2/L also with latest firmware). When I watched the recordings from that camera, the image often got stuck on "Requesting the first frame video". Sometimes the screen would stay black and the sound would continue.

I use H265, smart codec, VBR, 6 (Best) quality.

Returning to the old firmware solved the problem immediately.... Thanks for the help to recover the previous firmware version.

Glad to hear the firmware rollback worked.

I am dealing with a distinctly different issue with the cameras, where images captured every 10 minutes are supposed to go to a NAS on LAN, bu some of these cameras just stop doing that. And, after their weekly reboot, the problem gets fixed and lasts about as long as it usually does.

Have you had any similar issue, or do you not capture images and offload via FTP?
