Hi guys,

I have a strange issue. Recently I switched to a new smartphone (OnePlus 5T, OxygenOS v5.0.3). I copied my settings of BI from my old to my new phone. All works fine when connecting to my local or a REMOTE WiFi network, (so WAN connection is working). I cannot however connect over the mobile data connection of my phone, I get the error below:

Unable to connect. Please try again. Reason: unable to reach server

In the connections screen of BI, I get this output:

The 188 connection is over a remote WiFi network, no problems there.
The bottom three 212 connections are a result after getting the error on the phone. Tried 3 times after each other, also noticed that the IP changed every time?

I don't have issues to reach other services on my server over 4G. No issues detected with other apps.

Any ideas?

Kind regards,
David

Configuration should be correct since it does work over 4G to a VPN at my office. BI is on a server at home.

Anybody else here that has a OnePlus 5T?

Does the app make some logfiles on the phone to troubleshoot why it isn't working over 4G? If so, were could I find them?
