That connector was the deal breaker for me otherwise I would have already had one!
I was going to make my own m12 6 pin to rj45 and another cord just to hardwire it to vehicle but I didn't have any luck finding that m12 6 pin either. Just not worth the effort in my opinion.

Maybe some forum member can make up some cords for those interested when its all figured out. (for a price of course)

After thinking about it some more, I ordered the Ebay one, and will go the route that @xyvyx suggested.

Based on the above pinout, Anyone know the correct order that 1-2 & 4-5 should connect to a keystone for the Ethernet?

Thanks.

the Pin numbers are the same regardless.. it's just the wire color that changes:
Industrial Ethernet Book

On a somewhat related note (I may post this elsewhere if I tackle this tonight..), I'm about to attempt to repair the ethernet wiring on a 5231 camera that a squirrel chewed through. After cutting it open, I found 6 wires of totally unrelated colors. So I'm probably going to do a similar thing of running the cable into a tiny box w/ a keystone connector.

The pin outs are listed here somewhere.

yes, it takes an sd card. Full review forthcoming.
I have obtained a male M12 and have the wiring harness completed, cam is up and running.
Do you have that review posted somewhere? Thanks
