Hi, @Walrus yes these are mounted directly on the wall I could mount them further but I would have to buy mounting brackets and the designated Junction box. This camera in particular come out of the soffit of the roof, into a small pvc runner and then directly on the wall. I might have to get a junction box to bring them out just a bit further if I can't adjust any more the angles.
The area51 cam is loosing a lot caused by the ir reflection from the wall. If this is a turret cam, I don't see why you can't adjust the wall out.

Another option is to do customized BLC for the backlight.

@Walrus Question for you, you think if I add x2 more cams I will need another 10TB HD I’m planing on trying out the NEW IPC-T5442M-AS cams out but might hold off if I have to buy an additional 10TB HD.

Depends on how much storage duration you want. You have 5 cameras now? If you add 2 more 4MP ones, yes, you'll likely want another drive unless you are ok with 1-2 weeks footage.
