hi can anyone help me I have lost the green documents that came with cams and had barcodes to scan can I get a download anywhere as trying to set up on windows after trouble on Mac thanks anyone

to be honest on mobile not a problem never lost connection and its not wired at all but can't connect to pc

Does IP address show up on your router ?
If you have the IP address can you access the camera from a windows internet explorer or PALEMOON 32 bit browser. Note most modern browser will not work well, chrome, edge,firefox, Safari
