@bp2008 Your Tip was helpful. I took down the camera today.. Maybe it will help someone in the future.. Here is so far what I did..
Took Down the Camera see the moisture Clearly..
Once The Front plate is off Remove
4 Screws
Note: - Extremely Careful once the screw is removed there is a wire Behind this... So do not pull or anything..
Once The Wire Was removed.. I could see the Silica Packs on the side...
Dry The silica bags and clean the lens with a clean microfiber glasses cloth.
I did not have a small extra silica bag otherwise I might will in future use another silica bag on the top..
After Drying and cleaning the camera... Put it bag together gently and close and tight the screws.. and make sure everything was seating well and sealed...
Also did use a hair dryer from a distance to get it dry on a low setting.
