If that's a hardware fault that only affects the PoE ports, you should be able to reconfigure the camera configuration details in the NVR to use the cameras on LAN IP addresses if you connect them to a PoE switch on the LAN.
Change the NVR PoE channel to 'Manual' from Plug&Play, and modify the IP address to that of the LAN-connected cameras.
Try first with a single camera just to prove it works OK.

Hi,
How do I configure NVR POE CHANNEL to manual

If you mean to add the camera manually I tried tht, otherwise, pls send a screenshot of the area you are talking about
Here is an example of a DS-7604NI-E1/4P PoE channel being used to connect to a camera on the LAN, that has a LAN IP address, as opposed to the default Plug&Play configuration if the camera was connected to the NVR PoE port.

With the channel selected and the Modify button pressed, showing Manual mode as opposed to Plug&Play :

All my Cams are manual not plug and play

And are they on the LAN as opposed to being connected to the NVR PoE ports?
That's the key part of the configuration if the PoE ports have failed.
What are the cameras IP addresses?

Looks like you have an older firmware. I don’t recall if the option was buried somewhere else, but if you have a monitor hooked up to the NVR I know you can check that locally
