Hi,If that's a hardware fault that only affects the PoE ports, you should be able to reconfigure the camera configuration details in the NVR to use the cameras on LAN IP addresses if you connect them to a PoE switch on the LAN.
Change the NVR PoE channel to 'Manual' from Plug&Play, and modify the IP address to that of the LAN-connected cameras.
Try first with a single camera just to prove it works OK.
If you mean to add the camera manually I tried tht, otherwise, pls send a screenshot of the area you are talking aboutUse the NVR web GUI and select the 'Modify' button.
Here is an example of a DS-7604NI-E1/4P PoE channel being used to connect to a camera on the LAN, that has a LAN IP address, as opposed to the default Plug&Play configuration if the camera was connected to the NVR PoE port.If you mean to add the camera manually I tried tht, otherwise, pls send a screenshot of the area you are talking about

That's the key part of the configuration if the PoE ports have failed.
What are the cameras IP addresses?
And can you access the cameras web GUI from a PC on the same LAN?Yes they are on LAN on my local network, 172..26.50.1 range
I will do that when I am back to the office, thank you for your patienceAnd can you access the cameras web GUI from a PC on the same LAN?
Post some screenshots of the NVR camera configuration, like those in post number 6.
