Of course he'll have to deal with bogus wrongful death suits, and you cant count the Feds out yet, the level of stupidity and corruption within the DOJ is of biblical proportions
People need to be familiar and acknowledge that each state has their own set of laws. If you don't like those laws, you don't have to live there,![]()
Its time for fair trials for everybody. Its time for the extreme left to construct a man-made island without taxpayer dollars and stay there.
Its ridiculous how much the country is ignored, really poor leadership
Think about it, why are people moving to Texas?
I may have to watch TV tonight (first time in 10-12 years) just to see Rachel Madcow and the other liberal pieces of shit meltdown
<sound of crickets>How are leftist reporting and speaking out about this?
I hope he sues a whole lot of assholes starting with Biden.A women two weeks ago with a straight face told me Rachel Madow is a journalist. Anyone that believes her is wasting precious resources..
I wouldn't mind seeing the meltdowns though..
I wonder how many big screen TVs will be stolen in Kenosha toinight?
Ben was correct.... "IF you can keep it"The Republic may be on life support but the machine is still on!
I honestly have not been following this case so I don't really know all the details, but the fact they tried to use "There was a curfew" as a response is crazy
In what world is the government telling you what time you can go outside legal in any way? Remind me of V for Vendetta
Apparently, that was a bogus charge as well. State law didn't make it illegal for him to posses the gun. The prosecution never introduced any evidence that possessing it was against the law. Those of us on the left that have been paying attention knew from the start that this wasn't going to go anywhere. All they really had were illegal possession charges - once those fell through, there was nothing. Regardless of how anyone wanted to see this go, I think everyone can agree the prosecution was absolute garbage.
This was the ideal result of this whole debacle, and hopefully this guy can live out the rest of his life in peace, though I doubt it.

Yes, prosecution was horrible, but, what choice did they have? He was legal with the gun. He was chased down, stomped, hit in the back of the head with a skateboard, and then a felon pointed a gun at him.He had two choices. One he is alive, one he is maimed or dead. Being in Kenosha that night must not have been illegal, they didn't charge anyone else.
Absolutely. Regardless of political affiliation or why he was there that night (and a lot of folks conveniently ignore that he lived relatively close by, even if it was across state lines), it was clear self defense.
Not only by the prosecution, but by the politicians. The ones that called the kid a white supremacist. The ones that call for riots. Even Brandon, who is apparently "troubled" by the jury's decision. The Jury did their job as Americans and has told us what the proper answer is .. and thankfully this was available for all of us to see how poorly the State did in it's job ... ( prosecutors )
It should be clear and obviously to all why we must check the power of the state, or else it will become far too abusive.
Thank god for the Jury, they are a critical part to the balance of power and restraining the excessive abuses of power by the prosecution.
