Are there instructions for linking EPTZ to IVS for the Dahua 180 Bullet Camera?

Did not see any specific instruction for these settings to record IVS triggers in the Web 5 manual for the new Dahua 180 camera. It is most likely a simple process but with any camera it could also be cumbersome.

Looks like there can be no more than 5 EPTZ zones set. Each zone can be made bigger or smaller and moved around. However, there does not seem to be a way to change the shape of the box. i.e. make square or a long thin box or one that has multiple shapes like an IVS intrusion box.

The new updated FW (10/31/22) is working well. Have not seen any issues and the update installed without issue even without using the recommended factory default procedure.

Do we have a store link to the Bullet version?

Glad to say I've finished testing agains the extensive bug/recommendation list I worked on with Dahua engineering. This was a LOT of work but am going to start the capturing for the real testing of this cam this week

As @EMPIRETECANDY said, this has been a LOT of work, numerous bugs but am pleased it's looking a lot better. I did find 1 new bug that I need to see if it's a regression or not and have sent to Dahua engineering. Specifically so everyone is aware of this one, the camera drops a ton of frames when recording to SD card. Fine recording streams out to NVR / NVR platforms but I would be remiss not to test this and mention it as these are known good, super fast cards that I use in all deployments including super high end 4K/8K work. Therefore looks like I'll need Dahua to look into the camera's performance when capturing live + recording to SD as it appears that could be the bottleneck. Now, with that said, we have to remember that the most probable cause of this (and the one I want Dahua to look into first) is the sheer amount of additional processing its doing due to the E-PTZ feature that I shared in my intro video's. I'll be pulling the day captures from NVR BUT since that chunks the files more, it will take a little time to rebuild the timeline and then complete the test. As @EMPIRETECANDY stated, I also have the turret version now which I think has the potential to be another phenomenal camera and for some, more appealing to most in that footprint. Especially useful for entryways etc. Just making sure everyone knew, am continually working on this one and will be updating with the daytime video ASAP. Hope everyone enjoys the long weekend in the US !

As promised, here is the daytime test of the 5849-A180 / Color4K-B180 180° 4K spliced image camera. I included a comparison to the 5442 (since this is basically 2 x 4MP sensors in this cam) as well. This allows you to see the FOV differences between the 2.7mm of the 5442T vari-focal vs the new this new 180° wide angle camera. Night time video will be coming but I have a lot of footage for it so will start editing that this week. This 180° has a lot of potential and I purposefully installed this in a new location on a corner to show some of the possibilities. I've installed this at an optimum height for both the wide angle + the splicing algorithm at approximately right around 7ft. Take a look and let me know with any questions as always.

Remember to choose 4K on YouTube.

Thanks @Wildcat_1. As a bandwidth challenged individual, can I impose on you to post a couple of representative day and night full resolution images from the camera?
I'd especially like to see images at the camera's Identify and Recognize distances.

For those wanting more details on how to hit success with this cam to gain a great image while combating distortion and splicing. In this case I set to 7ft high, 10ft minimum distance to target via angle of install and splicing set to 5m. Try those to depending on your FOV and needs and you should be in a good starting place
