I agree that a POTUS does not have a blank check to do whatever he wants and may ignore the law. Real question for those of you who have closely followed this: What is the best evidence against Trump that he broke the law regarding the 2020 election certification?

There is no evidence, as will be revealed after the election when all the hoopla stops. However, they keep trying. But once the precedent is set, it works both ways. And we all know there's plenty of evidence on the other side.

What I'm asking then....which of the allegations from the Democrap playbooks has the best legs? What is the most compelling argument? And, what is the best counter argument?

Only thing I’ve heard that I can recall that even comes close was the phone call to Georgia. But there are different views as to what was said.

Unfortunately the Courts are no longer unbiased nor do they any longer care about the “optics” of biased rulings such as this one. The DC court of appeals is actually worse in this regard than the 9th Circus. They have almost no credibility left.

The US Judicial system is hopelessly corrupted. There is nobody left to save us.
Clean your gun.

The phone call to Georgia Secretary of State (Raffensperger) to find 11,780 votes? The argument is weak I believe if that is all they've got. Now, if Trump said...."look, you need to change the results, if you do then I'll give you X, if you don't then I'm going to do Y"...then I would say that he was applying pressure to usurp the vote. But venting frustration is hardly attempting to overturn the election. It'll probably be that POS Roberts on the SCOTUS that will be what happens.

Yes Roberts is and has been clearly compromised since the Obama days.

Good stuff by VDH asking the sane questions we are and coming to the same conclusion. It’s all by design, not happenstance or coincidence…

I'm not disputing Zero Hedge as one source for information. It's a data point just like CNN is. But curious about the allegations it's "Russian propaganda" and part of the "proof" is who owns it, where it is headquartered and if the "reporters" are even real people. Anyone have insight to this allegation or contrary information? For example, the pseudonym "Tyler Durden" is used for some articles.

It’s privately held, it often publishes articles by a number of well known conservatives, if anything it has a pro Trump/pro conservative slant, its primary content is economics and geo politics, and if you look at the attribution, MOST of its articles are by others. Its a news aggregator site.

Tyler Dryden is simply a pseudonym for its own staff authors.

It has been accused of being Russian propaganda by the left, and its right more times than the all of the MSM outlets combined so often it’s embarrassing.

They were the first to call out the Covid plandemic and got banned everywhere because of it.

Beyond that I don’t know. But I’ll stack their facts against anyone 99% of the time. If they are Russian, they’re factual Russians ;)

I was just curious because ZeroHedge always triggers the lefties. The first thing they'll says is "it's Russian propaganda....everyone know that" and of course that is the tactic of the left to silence anything they don't agree with.

When you argue the source vs the facts, you've already lost...

Probably wont see this on MSM

"Most Americans Are Not Informed... We're Here Because We Love The US" - Tucker Carlson Explains Why He Is Interviewing Vladimir Putin
"Most Americans Are Not Informed... We're Here Because We Love The US" - Tucker Carlson Explains Why He Is Interviewing Vladimir Putin | ZeroHedge

Tucker previously relayed a story about trying to set up a Putin interview, until a Washington, DC source briefed him about how the NSA spied on him:
"The NSA broke into my signal account, which I didn't know they could do," he previously said.
'"I got a call from somebody in Washington. This person said: 'Are you gonna come to Washington anytime soon?' Yeah. Actually, I'm gonna be up in a week, meet me Sunday morning."
"So I go, and this person's like: 'Are you planning a trip to go see Putin?' And I was like, 'how would you know that?' I haven't told anybody. I mean anybody. Not my brother. Not my wife, nobody."
"How would you know that? 'Because NSA pulled your text with this other person you were texting.'"
