The VP pick is generally of minor importance, but it makes for a good target. The dems and media did a pretty good hatchet job on Dan Quayle. Most of it was undeserved but he wasn't able to mount a good defense, and wasn't very good at the debate. I suspect that JDV will be better in those respects.

King Bush the 1st. picked Quayle as a patsy. Bush learned the tactic when he ran the CIA.
All the while they (CIA) were flying Coke into an Air America airport just west of Tuscon AZ.
Get the connection with Quayle?

They all have just one source for this newsweek. If you know about news websites from India all articles from them are just a repost from AP, Reuters, etc. The same MSM parent companies here also has a stake in their media or subsidiary company.

I do understand the future importance of a V.P.

Look at Harris, she was kept in the closet for 3 1/2 years until they needed her for the coop...

I think for this year though, VP kind of matters because we all know how bad Harris is and how bad Pence was.

I think DNC strategy is to go after Vance because the DNC already threw everything at Trump including the kitchen sink and a bullet.

The attacks on Vance still continue from conservative accounts on X, this time they are even attacking his wife and her mother.

Just wonder how much their attacks will make a difference. I understand they will gain more ground with women voters with Harris and maybe their attacks on Vance even helps, that may be their strategy...

The attacks on Vance wife I think will actually help Vance get some sympathy female voters.

Its one thing to attack Vance message but its bad to attack Vance or his family.
