No charges for man who shot and killed 63-year-old after alleged road rage incident in Lebanon
Police said they began receiving numerous 911 calls about the shooting at a busy intersection; one of those 911 callers told dispatchers they were the person who fired the gun.

After Trump and the 2A community defending him and supported him with $ and our voices, Kyle decided to let the world know today that he doesnt support Trump and is voting/campaigning for Ron Paul? and insinuated Trump doesn't support 2A but somehow Ron Paul does...
Now he could have just kept this to himself, unless of course he wanted to make a political statement.

OK....WTF does "reasonably possible" mean? Is that how I see it, if I'm the victim fearing for my life? Or is it determined by the perp whose mind I cannot read and whose motive I don't know? Should I invite the perp over to the house for dinner? Maybe go have a drink with him to find out what his intentions are, what he plans to do with the knife? This whole thought process sounds like I might just spend too much time wondering what the perp's next move is and then sadly discover I waited too late and hope my surviving spouse can cover my burial expenses.Gimme a frickin' break....better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6, IMO.

Here's an example:
Store clerk has a chance to shoot the robber, but instead reasonably ducks behind the counter. Bad guy then walks behind the counter, kills the clerk, and gets away to kill again. Makes perfect sense in our warped, perverted world.
We need to all run "retreat" so it is easier from them to shoot us in the back.
