Like many, most of my family roots are from England/Whales and Germany.

As I’ve been deep into the genealogy thing these past 6 months or so I was considering a trip over there. Now not so much.

I'm really appalled by the number of far right fascist views being written on here. Getting your news from the likes of Tommy Robinson and Darren Grimes! Seriously!! They just make stuff up to suit their own agenda, and unfortunately all of the morons lap it up!! All of you Trump loving cultists (that's what it is after all, a cult), should be worried. What did Trump say in a recent speech; something along the lines of, when we have the next election, it will be the last one we have? In June, the free world celebrated the 80th anniversary of D-Day when the free world fought against oppression and fascism, in which many US and British servicemen died to ensure our future freedom. Lets take India for example, it was split into 3 by the British on religious ground after heavy violence. Muslims got West Pakistan, India Hindu majority and East Pakistan (Current day Bangladesh) with muslims. The below is what you get when you have muslims running around, in their Qur'an all non muslims are designated to be killed and exterminated. Notice the flag, the same flag seen in UK streets.
East pakistan surrendered after India responded to the first genocide of non muslims by East pakistan. It only took them 50 years to start the second in 2024. These people are incompatible with rest of the civilized world. They hate Christians, Jews, Hindu, Buddhists, Atheists.

I've just been listening to a UK phone-in radio show (via You Tube) where someone who obviously supports the protests/riots was trying to defend them. The presenter completely destroyed him and made him look the idiot that he is. Interestingly, in the comments section, someone wrote "'I'm American and black and love this show. The callers all seem to be a bit unprepared and have the same bigoted views as our MAGA craziness", which I am inclined to believe.

bigredfish, you obviously seem to support the riots, but after the stabbings in Southport (and I live less than 20 miles from there) it was quickly reported on social media, and you have directly posted this also; "Attacker confirmed to be Muslim. Name Ali Al-Shakati. Age 17. Came to UK by boat last year. Attacker revealed to have mental health issues". This is completely untrue. A direct lie just to stoke the flames of race hatred. Anyone who posts stuff like this should be prosecuted for aiding incitement to riot.

Trump did not say anything about a last election. He said to a specific group of people "...you won't have to vote anymore". Do you care about context, or just want to milk a snippet to promote your own political view? Trump was talking to a group of evangelical Christians. He was scolding them for their historically low voter turnout, imploring them to get off their duffs and vote this one time. Then if he gets in, he'll clean up the voter fraud and they can safely go back to their low turnout behavior.

The massive voter fraud from 4 years ago is slowly leaking out. Large numbers of illegal voters and votes are slowly being exposed. It looks more and more to me like Trump actually did win 4 years ago. Do you read any of that in your media? Do you read about the people who were arrested at the Jan 6 protest for merely being near the capitol and have been held as political prisoners for ~3 years without a trial? Or do you, like the press, label as a criminal the grandma who walked through the open capitol door waving a small USA flag?
