I wanted to say that it depends on the administration that is currently residing in the White House.
On second thought...I cannot. I started looking thru their past deployments....Whoever is in the White House seems
to only make it more or less f*******d up.
One of the few things the Federal Government should be able to do...and they can't.
We better hope we have some Military leaders that have a pair....so this doesn't happen to them as well.

Your Damn right. Look at the Sec of Defense and Chairman of Joint Chiefs. Just a bunch of DEI dipshits running our military now. No wonder no one wants to join our armed forces. They won't even let the Sec of Defense speak on TV because he cannot even put 2 sentences together.
Hard to imagine the US government has such incredible distain for its own citizens. It’s not just incompetence, it’s clearly deliberate. One can only imagine the chaos that will come from the election in November.

And sadly, so many people (majority?) aren't even aware of the situation either by being brain dead or only watching MSM, oh wait, those are synonymous. Granted, me being sensitized to hurricanes here, I have a much greater interest. Still, I've sent links to family members "up north" and they were totally unaware of the catastrophic destruction, not to mention the total clusterfuck gov response.

While the people appointed by this LGBQUZABC Bullshit administration are complete and total fuck-ups, I refuse to believe that the majority of our Armed Forces leadership is the same. Moral might be low right now, but it will bounce back. I can remember moral under Bill Clinton...it was very low. But we recovered. Are there shit stains in uniform? Oh hell yes...the '10%' as we used to call them, might be 15% or more these days, but they will be regulated as well. This is of course just my opinion.

I believe some of the problems you see here with FEMA and other agencies is they don’t have a local person on the ground.
Next it’s the total lack of common sense as it was illustrated in that short video.
As I said in another thread it just comes off these agencies are just learning or don’t have a SOP to follow???
You would expect to have and see proper (Large Print) signage indicating briefly the type of assistance this site provides and located in the main thoroughfare!
There’s supposed to be lead vehicle exactly like a ambulance that is 24.7.365 stocked ready to go at all times.
All other auxiliary vehicles come later with essentials such as first aid and the rest are basic equipment and supplies that span shelf stable foods etc.
I honestly have no words that FEMA has no comms?? Satellite has existed and been the corner stone of remote communication for 40 plus years!
Watching all of these States with millions of people out of house and home with just the shirt on their backs is truly heartbreaking.

Fema has been a screw-up for many years.
The Mayfield, KY tornado a couple of years ago. Took fema forever to get assistance into the area.
Hurricane Michael, hit Panama City, Fl a glancing blow, there are STILL folks that didn't get the assistance they should have.
It took WEEKS for Fema to get housing set up for the displaced.
What happened to all of those trailers that was made when Katrina hit, none of them was ever seen in Panama City.
Then the rent prices skyrocketed on available apartments overnight. Up as much as 100% in some case's. No one did anything to the price gougers'.
Lots of folks moved elsewhere because of housing shortages.
It's pretty obvious, our gubernut is ran by a bunch of knuckleheads and clowns.
