I’m not really sure why people can’t understand the government (right or wrong) has different bank accounts or funds for specific purposes.

If the question is posed extremely broad brush and over generalized as to it’s the same money.

Yes, the money comes from the federal government!

But that’s like saying insurance and doctors are the same?!?

Everyone has separate insurance that cover health, vehicle, property etc.

Everyone has a different doctor for specific needs and illnesses.

You can’t simply say how come insurance doesn’t cover X for Y.

The reality is FEMA has different accounts or reserves for specific purposes such as disaster relief vs others.

I find it truly sad you have the speaker of the house that won’t reconvene Congress so more they can pass legislation to increase the FEMA disaster fund?!?

I think the issue here is that Democrats don't want to admit to the amount of money they spent on illegal aliens, and actually BRINGING THEM IN on chartered JETS. The criticism is about that. Bottom line is that the FEMA budget was used to do that. It's wrong.

No matter the costs, long term effects, as doing so will ensure the citizens and the country is strong.

I understand what you're saying-- and some stories do go way beyond belief because they are not true to begin with. My own irritation goes WAY beyond just funding issues and allocation of my tax money. For them to have all that money for immigrants-- they had to BUDGET for it-- which then means the influx of millions of immigrants was not some "Federal Emergency"--- the invasion was PLANNED. The only thing they didn't plan on was border state governors sending tens of thousands of immigrants to liberal cities so they could deal with it physically and financially.

I think it was also nefarious to have those services provided by FEMA rather than Homeland Security. FEMA becomes a way to hide the amount of money spent on this planned invasion since people think of FEMA as dealing with natural disasters. Why would they budget millions for the needs of immigrants if they didn't know the immigrants were coming by the millions? It is another clue that the US government is not following the constitution or the will of the people, or acting in their best interests.
