"We strongly support your right to determine your own future, and, if you choose, we welcome you into the United States of America," Trump said, eliciting laughter from the crowd. As far as Greenland reporting, is there a non-partisan unbiased news agency anywhere that will report just the news. Most things I looked at were talking about the election but opined "Trump threats". I don't want to hear about Trump unless it is a quote from an interviewed Greenlander that wasn't prompted with a leading question.

Well we know that funds were being disbursed by unelected officials before and as such who ever is running USAID or whatever department I would assume would be headed by a Trump appointed person would disburse the money. USAID is under Rubio now. I assume Rubio would not allow money to fund a study of gay transvestite cross-dressing lizards in the Sahara desert. Also, even if foreign aid is appropriated a judge has no control regarding where the foreign aid goes. Therefore IF the aid MUST BE disbursed then the Trump appointed person could/would disburse it to a worthy cause. For example, to Panama to get the Chi-coms out of there, etc.
