Sorry for the delay, the dimensions for the foam ring you need are 14mm inside diameter x 24mm Outside Diameter x 10mm thick. As I said it has a notch cutout for the Day night sensor which is approx 5mm diameter. Hope this helps.

The foam ring is just friction fit after the lens has been focused and glued. It has a notch out of it for the Day/Night sensor. It would be easy to make one if you cant get one elsewhere. I can get you the measurements later if you like?

I would lower your i-frame interval to 20 so that you are getting 1 iframe per second as opposed to 1 every 3 seconds.

I believe it is 5.3.0 but I would suggest you look at 5.2.5 as it seems to have less issues than 5.3.0. Several awesome members of this forum have made a custom 5.2.5 with 4 x smart events instead of just one. Have a look in the sticky thread.
