    Upgrading Firmware of DS-2CD2732F-IS

Hi all, I procured some cameras off Aliexpress (Chinese language) a few years back, undertook the language hack and all has been well in English. I now need to upgrade the firmware as currently they are running V5.1.6 build 140412. I have read various posts on upgrading/downgrading firmware...

    Expected FPS?

Ok, so removed all cameras except 1 and that runs fine at around 25fps. Add a camera and they both drop to around 18fps, add another and again a few fps drop etc. However the bitrate for all cameras stays constantly at around 500Kb/s.

    Expected FPS?

Will do a full reboot tomorrow. It's all 6 cameras and the FPS is consistent across them all. Thanks.

    Expected FPS?

No, 29%. I am getting the yellow exclamation mark in BI status bar appearing now and then but don't know why. Doesn't say anything in logs.

    Expected FPS?

Via a cisco POE switch, all cams and server connected to the same switch. shouldn't be any issue there.

    Expected FPS?

Hi all, i have 6 Hikvisions which are all set to 25fps in camera. In BI I am only seeing around 8-9fps. Shouldnt I expect closer to the 25fps? cheers.

    High CPU Consumption

Not sure where this would be allocated. By default it should utilise all resources unless restricted I think? I will install BI directly onto the metal and see if that reveals a difference.

    High CPU Consumption

Hi Fenderman, Thanks for the reply and welcome. Sorry I should have also said I am already running D2D on all 4 cameras. Even with the interface fps to 5fps it makes no difference either, always stays around 80% CPU. I should also note this is the x64 version of BI running on Windows Server...

    High CPU Consumption

Hi All, I am currently experimenting with Blue Iris using their latest demo, initially wanted to look at Milestone but their licensing is too expensive for my needs. Anyway I have a Server on which I am using HyperV to host a single VM for my NVR. The host is a Xeon E5-2650 V2 @ 2.60GHz (8...
