    SD22204T-GN Firmware Update Issue

Thank you Errrr. I’ve updated my camera with this 2017 firmware. I’m sure this will be the final update produced for my 2015 camera. Not fully tested yet but it seems to be working OK except it has the same limitation as the 2015 FW in that it is not recognised in Blue Iris as a branded...

    SD22204T-GN Firmware Update Issue

2015-06-07 file attached. Actually, having at first being pleased with this firmware, I've now discovered that it still has some of the problems that I thought were introduced when I updated to the 2016-05-17 firmware - although on the good side the camera doesn't hang. Consequently, I would...

    SD22204T-GN Firmware Update Issue

I had previously loaded the cam with defective 2016 firmware but the v2.400.0000.4.R.20150607 sent to me by Kitsap works perfectly with my 2015 cam. I have already thanked him. RyanMM take note!

    SD22204T-GN Firmware Update Issue

I think there may be confusion about the hardware version. Tinman’s older version is 2018 whereas RyanMM and I have the older still 2015 hardware. We still need the 2.4xxx 2015-06-07 firmware.

    Triggers with new zones/sources

I’ll be interested to see how you get on with this feature kaltertod. I did check out BI’s help file but it didn’t help me. I was hoping that fenderman would take a moment to reply - he knows everything!

    Triggers with new zones/sources

Thanks for the idea jrbeddow although I have previously tried checking “Begin analysis with motion-leading image” and it didn’t seem to overcome the fundamental limitation of restating the pre-trigger time. I’ll check again.

    Triggers with new zones/sources

Yes kaltetod, I guess a clone could be configured to do the same thing. Thank you. I would still ask, though, is there any point in having “Triggers with new zones/sources” for a camera already in a triggered state if the pre-trigger time blocks the AI?

    Triggers with new zones/sources

I’ve tried out the Alert_When_“Triggers with new zones/sources” is selected instead of “New triggers only”, the reason being that the current version of CPAI still occasionally erroneously reports “Nothing found” and I thought that, when viewing confirmed alerts only, selecting this function...

Have broken CP.AI - help please?

Hello kaltertod, many thanks for your helpful reply. I haven’t yet found the solution but am working on it. I realised that the .onnx modules had not extracted, presumably because the file BITE67 had a .tmp file extension instead of .zip. So I was able to change and extract. I hadn't ever...

Have broken CP.AI - help please?

I have been happy with CP.AI for some time but saw a recent post suggesting that YOLOv5 6.2 is more accurate than YOLOv5 .NET, especially having a T600 with CUDA11.7. So I uninstalled CP and reinstalled but now it doesn't work with either and I don't know how to fix it. Example below why I...

    How to re-install Blue Iris

Oh yes wittaj. Bugger! Many thanks for the reason.

    How to re-install Blue Iris

Although Blue Iris was working fine, it was no longer starting CP.AI and so I decided to uninstall and then reinstall both. I also deleted the folder with the .exe back copies. Having uninstalled them, I can't find a link to download and reinstall Blue Iris without a new purchase. I have a...

    CodeProject.AI Version 2.0

It’s bingo for me with the latest BI update. CP.AI was not online with the last two or three BI updates, BI reporting nothing found but as if by magic it’s working again with 5.6.9.6 (no other changes apart from CP.AI 2.07 that didn’t fix it with BI 5.6.9.5) Now to mess with the models and...

    CodeProject.AI Version 2.0

I have the same problem - a long copper overhead line. Openreach intended to upgrade it to fibre over 18 months ago for free but when they hit their 80% target in Congleton they moved on. Now it’s 2025. Are the ISP’s offering to install fibre for you for a price? If so, what is the price...

    Blue Iris and DeepStack ALPR

Very interesting links wittaj, thank you. I guess what was at the back of my mind in my post was, putting alpr to one side, that the software has the capability to crop and use a portion of a full res image to deliver a more accurate image comparison analysis - any object in motion (as was...
