Left camera on overnight... in morning I had access to video feed again... camera need to warm up? Quality is better but not perfect.

Thank you for the tips. Sensor ribbon: did not work, no video. But it was doing that the first time too, I started to have more stable video after a while, like if it needed to heat up. Right now I have the Live view failed message. ONVIF and VLC not working also.

My BI setup has been running on my old i7-860 computer for few years now. I now have 5 3mp hiks. I want to add more cams and the CPU is already high. I have another computer, i5-2400, should I stay with the i7 or switch to the i5 PC? Here the specs...

Went to local hardware store, it is M4 screw. Unfortunately they did not had any, I ordered on ebay...

Update: firmware update to V5.3.5 build 151218 was successful! Still trying to figure out the tread/size of the screws...

Serial got CCWR in it, everything should be ok with firmware upgrade. As for the screws, I tested the dome ones, they fit, just need to find out Which type it is so I can search it...

On my part, what helped: reduce camera fps, direct drive recording, limit live view fps and also minimizing BI while not in live viewing.

I had to format my computer and I forgot to A- export settings B- deactivate account... I re-installed BI, worked, but I had to uninstall (used a old export of setting but decided to do a clean install). When I re-entered code, got this message. Waiting on an answer from support.
