    You posted a new Firmware for the IPC-HDW2431R-ZS which can't be found on the Dalhua webside. IPC-HDW2431R-ZS
    Why is that Firmware not posted on their website? Your Firmware works fine an I'm glad I found it. I have some IPC-HDW2421R-ZS cameras too. Is there a new version for this camera too?

    Firware same as IPC-HDW2231R-ZS, use the firmware to update, it's on the forum, just search and go to download.

    I am not sure if everything is the best or compatible with each other so I am open to your suggestions if you recommend other options. Is that the best NVR for the cameras? Is there anything else you suggest I get?

    Hello Andy, requesting quote/guidance for a 16 channel DVR (no hdd), 12 cameras needed for the project but for now only include 4 cameras (will order rest later). I need something that's reliable and easy, not to cheap or too expensive....please PM for your recommendations...I'm liking the turret style cameras w/ starlight and can't decide on the DVR between Hik/Dah and model#/.     Hi, I'm looking to get 2 cameras to start. I've got lots of questions:
    -Differences and price of IPC-HDW5231R-ZE and IPC-HDW5631R-ZE and IPC-HDW5831R-ZE
    -Price of IPC-HDW4231EM-AS and IPC-HDW4231EM-ASE
    -Is the IPC-HDW2231R-ZS the same as the IPC-HDW5231R-ZE minus audio?

    Need a quote on IPC-HDW5231R-ZE assuming that is still the lastest 2MP starlight from dahua. Pls give two quotes (don't need logos as long as they are the same cameras / firmwares) local pick up in HK or send to New York. If chinese version is cheaper (again same product), I will take that too (let me know the difference in price between chinese version and english version). Thanks.

    Where is "under vendor"? Right now the one firmware update is showing under "downloads".

    Also, if I buy from your strore (I've bought one and looking at more) -- I am then relying on you to provide future firmware updates or do I also have the option to download direct from Dahua?
