Solved (sort of) - looks like you need the web plugin & to use Internet Explorer for this option to show up (using my Windows 10 VM).
Really struggling as I'm primarily on Mac OS :( Suggestions welcome on that front.
Thanks @Securame - I'm on Mac OS, so no IE possible. I do have a virtualised Windows 10 machine which is brand new (no plugins) - which I'll try but I really need to get this going on Mac OS is possible.
[update] looking hopeful on Win 10 VM
Hi guys,
Struggling to find option to update firmware - should be on Config -> System -> Maintenance page but option missing completely. I'm logged in as admin with full r/w options.
Welcome any advice... did make me think if I've bought a knock-off HIKVision unit rather than genuine one.
I don't mind using a player to play them, I just can't see a list of recordings to download at moment!

One is EasyIP3.0 & one is EasyIP2.0Plus - no idea what difference is? Is it firmware...
Thanks Fenderman & alastairstevenson :)
For comparable turret camera, I guess it's the IPC-T120, I should have got?

DS-2CD2343G0-I (spec sheet) might be an option too?
It's really hard to understand Hikvision...
Hi all,

Can't seem to work out how to physically rotate the lens in dome by 90 degrees & the...
