I have a problem with motion detection feature of my camera (don't have PIR sensor). Namely, when camera works in day mode, everything is OK, but when it turns into night mode, it triggers a lot of alarms. I reduced sensitivity (from default 50 to 20) but nothing has changed. Any ideas?

I'm behind double NAT... That's a problem.. I have the next features on camera: Port mapping (there're few fields for multicast setting), HTTPs, IEEE 802.1x, SNMP, RTP, Type of service, UPnP, Bonjour and ONVIX. Maybe I can enable remote access using some of these features? It's unbelievable...

I have a problem with IP camera. Namely, I can't enable port forwarding (my NAT is behind NAT router on ISP's side) and the camera doesn't support P2P connection. Is the VPN only option to access remotely? If it is, can you provide me steps how to connect camera to VPN?

No! I have camera connected on private network (3G router with USB modem). That router has port forwarding, but on its WAN side is private address too. NAT Router behind my (3G router) is on ISP's side, so I can't access it to set port forwarding. I've solved problem with INSTAR cameras...

I hope that I'll find solution for ACTi cameras... They need IP address to be typed on mobile apk too, but without port forwarding, that is impossible...

I have INSTAR IN-5907 PoE and ACTi b41. Using InstarVision iOS app, I accessed camera using my phone from house network. InstarVision version for desktop doesn't have that feature, but there must be other solution? :) Thanks
