Thanks for the fast response. No I am not missing any video but I use the alerts on the side panel to skim through the days triggers and those alerts are what are recording late. If a car is passing by the front of my house the car enters the frame in the middle and you do not see it coming...
Hi, I have a Hikvision DS-2DE4220-AE running blue iris 4.1.2.0 x64. I have tried every setting I can think of plus disabling the object/detect setting that I found on another post with the same problem. My alerts always start when the object is halfway in the scene and it is making me mad...
oh and one more thing when i hold the arrow buttons down it does not continue to move. I have to keep clicking to get the camera move, and again it is in very large bursts instead of the small areas.
Thanks

Thanks
If I were to remove and solder the below bad boys into my cam would It work. I know I would lose the IR distance but is there anything else I need to know?

Thank you but this cam is PTZ with no IR. It is a ring around the upper part of the dome where the dome connects to the body. It goes around the whole dome so when I pan up toward the sky it gets very blurry. It is frustrating.
I have the below camera

It is a non-poe camera and just wanted to confirm that I can convert this to POE with a splitter and injector. The only question is the camera says the power consumption is...
