Hello @Wildcat_1, I hope you might be able to help me out again. Lately I have noticed that my 49225 has had some weird behavior. If I manually move to a preset, or just manually pan or tilt, cam always moves back to preset 5 within 5 seconds. Didn't used to do this. Poked around a bit on...

So... all I did was to adjust my power settings on BI machine to never shut off monitor and NO MORE TEARING!!! Asked a few of my "pets " to be my test subjects and walk in front of cam for me. Thanks againg @looney2ns !

Using poe+ injector on this cam as it is my only PTZ. Cat 5 is solid copper. Will check out rj45 connector. Thanks @DRZmaui !
