    Compatible Light Bulb cameras?

Purchased a cheap light bulb camera that works with Blue Iris. It works fine in Blue Iris except the PTZ doesn't work. The PTZ does work in the camera app but not in Blue Iris. Didn't really need a light bulb camera, but bought it just to play around with and mainly to see if I could get one...

Tell us about your home automation!

I don't know of any way to integrate Yolink with Blue Iris. That would be great if it was possible. Maybe someone more knowlegable than me can figure out a way. The Yolink app can be configured to send push notifications, text msgs and emails for each device. With their speaker hubs, you can...

Tell us about your home automation!

I've been using a Wink2 Hub and Z-wave for several years for home automation, but have recently switched over to a new system that uses LoRa (Long Range wireless). My new system (Yolink) consists of 4 door sensors, 10 leak detection sensors, 15 motion sensors, 11 smart plugs, 2 sirens, 2 garage...

Best deal on Imporx (Huisun) v2!

I replaced one of my Huisun's that died with a SV3C PTZ. It's a low priced outdoor 4x PTZ and was easy to setup. It's been working fine in BI but a little slow to focus when using the optical zoom.

Best deal on Imporx (Huisun) v2!

I use the I.E. tab extension in Chrome to configure my Huisun's, although I only have two v1's left that are still operational. My other v1 and a v2 died a year or so ago.

Review-I'll be the guinea pig for the new SD59225U-HNI PTZ.

Same here. I have 4 Huisun's/Imporx (and only one has died, and that was on the hottest day of last summer. I replaced my deck Huisun with this Dahua 25x PTZ camera. I'm really liking the Dahua so far. The PT is a whole lot faster than the Huisun and IQ is great. Well the SD59225U-HNI does cost...

Review-I'll be the guinea pig for the new SD59225U-HNI PTZ.

It does look like it's still off, even with the shim which is about 1/2" (13mm) thick. Strange thing is that it looks square with the side of my house in this snapshot.

You are right ljw2k. It's still not sitting at a true 90 degree's. The shims helped some but it would take quite a few more to make it square. For me it's more of a temporary mount until there's a better solution. It's mounted under my deck cover, so I'm not too worried about the elements...

They are hex head bolts that came with the PFA120 junction box and the allen wrench to tighten them was also included.

Finally got my SD59225U-HNI mounted today but I had the same problem as others with the PFB300S wall mount not having the correct angle. Ended up using shims to straighten it up some.

Comcast (Xfinity) will activate 1 Terabyte data limit plan beginning November 1st

Comcast at my mom's house is getting 240 Mbps down and about 10 Mbps up and costs $70 a month. Even though I monitor her cameras from my house using BI, there hasn't been any extra charges on the Comcast bill. Previously they had sent me a couple letters stating that I was streaming 2.5 TB's per...

I wish I would have ordered the PFA120 junction box at the same time I ordered the camera. Ended up ordering the box from B&Htoday.

This camera is yuge! Seems to be well built. May have to order another one to replace another Huisun.
