    i've experienced the same thing. i'm using the bp2008 ui2 interface as well on ver. 4.2.9.0 x64. I wasn't sure if it was related to ui2 and I'm out of the support period, but appears its happening with multiple folks if you want to report it that way.

    I've seen the same thing happen with recently releases, iframe and interval are matched to the fps, buffer is 20mb etc. Set to 15 fps etc and i get 17.50 in BI. just left it though.
