Yes i tried to add it the normal way the first time and when it didn't work right so i figured copying the other camera would do the trick but it didn't.

I just got a new Hikvision PTZ camera to add to my system, the same model that i already have. So i copied a camera and changed the ip, i can see the video but the ptz wont work. Does anyone have any ideas why it isnt working? the camera is Model DS-2DE3304W-DE

Im looking at upgrading my cpu, The computer i have will only allow me to go up to an i7 2600 i currently have an i5 2400. i have 11 cameras and my system is now at 100 percent. would the i7 2600 be enough to run this with room for more cameras? i dont want to waste the money on the cpu if it...

I have the latest version of B.I.4, my cpu usage has usually been around 30% but i just noticed that now its at 100%. i havent made any changes so does anyone know what might have happened?

I was just wondering if you can use Ring doorbell cameras on Blue Iris? i dont see it in the list but wondered if anyone has tried.

I did the latest software update and when i tried to connect and use my blue iris app it wouldnt connect. it probably has nothing to do with the update but i didnt change anything. could my router just stop letting data through the ports i aready had open?
