    I have no idea, we always get crumbles of information and there is no way to get more. I usually check if device is alive, scan for ports, try to remote in and look for configs inside the device. So, far I didn't find nothing on RTSP url, like nothing.

    Does Hikvision have central managing software for cameras? I know there are some but I need the one where I can change all 36 cams fps, bit rate, quality and other things without logging into each camera separately. I installed HikCentral and iVMS but I didn't find there any options like that.
