I've got this all set up now and connected to Blue Iris - but I can only stream to my phone with BI or gDMSS Plus app when connected to the same WAN. It doesn't seem to work over mobile data. Webcasting is enabled, is there something else I need to do?

No worries. I bit the bullet. Needn't have worried, it was easy to hard reset and I'm now into the camera. This is probably a naive question but should I be able to rotate the view remotely, or is it just by hand (with motorised zoom?)
