    I am curious as to what these high priced systems do better than Blue Iris. I think he has done a great job on this software and I don't know why i would like a different one. My only guess would be the number of cameras and the processor power it needs.

    Thanks, That is why i was concerned. I did send a support question to Hikvision and they responded with it has no effect on it. I was just hoping someone had some years of experience with these. additional cameras are the correct answer.
