Joking aside its pathetic how our gov works. It's not always the LEO's fault. Sometimes the DA are pathetic (NYC for example) and the LEO knows the DA won't do anything. That is what some LEOs told when kept complaining to them about the issues I have. They said even if they arrested the person they would be out in a few hours with no charges. They don't want to risk their neck if nothing is going to happen (or worse they now have a target on their back).
Drives me crazy!!!

Just out of curiosity, what cameras are being used to capture the overview of the area shown? Is it the 2231s, the 5442s or the B54IR camera?

That is quite true. Many times the LOE will call an ADA and describe the situation and the ADA says let them go.
But in this situation, the car was used in a crime and should have been impounded.
The more I watch etc... the more I realize I'm looking at the sidewalk and road more than anything else. Hence purchasing the 431 anpr and 7x series cameras.
I love the neighbors surprised look and response to the question of "Whats your biggest fear?"

70 feet in a straight line, but of course they are angled so more like 80-90ft in most views
