looking at latest for your version lists mine as compatible Therefor you can use mine on yours to get OSD color :D and mine release note lists yours Meaning they havent refresh firmware for your model on hikvision site. Your problem should be solved with newest firmware -

I believe that is firmware bug. I will try setting up OSD color via API and see if it works. If it does they simply forgot to put color changer at frontend -

Blurry, hmm i can think of 1 reason why :D Did you remove cameras yourself or someone else? If its not motozoom camera it could be someone dropped the cam and lens displaced . Other thani dont see any other idea -

Isolate video from high voltage cables can be problem, but also same grounding for camera can cause this aswell. If you have any 12v 1A around put 1 camera on it and see if problem persists. I have seen people have that problem when using centralized PS -

Yes thats normal, NC electric locks or magnetic locks are opened when power is lost, there is also NO electric locks that will open when it gain power. -

Im sorry i havent seen 8mm lenses, sadly hikvision stopped producing higher mm lenses, they had 6,8,12 for older series now its up to 4mm for standard serie, ultra series could have more mm lenses. I havent seen exact bullet version of this cam, just slight variations of it. None had 1/1.2... -
