but that shouldn’t be normal. Or i am connected to wrong cable. My door is locked when there is no power, to unlock the door station has to send 12 v. And it does. But it does send that 12 volts even when the power is lost or regained? so that means anyone can cut the power cable and access to home?

That was always security risk with power on locked locks. Tbh theres even faster breakin, just use strong magnet and you will move electromagnetic relay pin and and stop current to lock


If you door is locked when there is no power, that means you need to use NO from door station to 1 side of lock not NC

Yes, You are right. I wasn’t able to connect to NO because someone in the system relay was reversed. So I went into the system, corrected the relay, connected to NO, and everything worked fine.
