    I totally agree. I’m unfortunately a user that has 15 paid versions of BI running on Windows 10 with 8th generation CPU’s. All having issues due to no Driver support. Sad that reaching out to intel has resulted in their response. I’m not sure where to go next.

    Just verified. ALL 24 cameras are using Direct to Disk. Intel HD hardware acceleration is set to Yes (H.264)

    I will check again however I created one and the cloned it for each additional camera. HA is enabled. Not sure if video card driver installed would matter or not. I used the latest that stops the memory leaks but it does NOT support the 8th gen Intel processors so I get a yellow exclamation mark...

    Yep your right. It needs to be set under the Video Continuous.. So I guess my video stopped because the camera or bI no longer detected motion?

    Ok It appears I have fixed it! I had to turn OFF and disable the Windows Time Service. As soon as I did this my cameras started syncing.

    So I have determined that if use time.apple.com for the NTP server my cameras sync immediately. So the issue revolves around the NTP server running on the NVR. Anyone got any other ideas?

    So I setup NetTime, opened UDP port 123 on Windows firewall, and set each camera to use the NTP server. The address as you can see from image is my BI NVR address. What am i missing here? The cameras never update?
