Generally, in the US, if this is YOUR single family dwelling, you can do both low voltage and high voltage wiring, etc. Depending on the particular jurisdiction, and for high voltage wiring, you may need to obtain a building permit, and you may need to have the proposed wiring job signed off on...- J Sigmo

Regular pipe flanges can be had with the usual pipe threads to fit threaded pipe (same as rigid conduit). You could then drill normal camera mounting boxes and bolt them to the flanges...- J Sigmo

Look at that detect distance (dori). Pretty much a mile! (Edit: More like three miles!) The entrance pupil diameter for a 336mm f/4.5 lens should be 75mm. So the front element of the lens must be somewhat larger than 75mm. That's a big lens! -
