    I'm sure this was possible in blue iris, how would I go about it? 2 cameras. when motion detected on fixed door camera, the ptz which is usually static, spins round and zooms in on door area ? I have presets set for the ptz which zooms into the door. thanks

    Anyone using tablets as monitors around the house?

    i use an old Galaxy s2 phone and a Samsung galaxy tab 2. The one near the front door I have cycling through the cameras, and when it detects motion it pauses on that camera. Great for seeing who's on the porch before answering. Works great.

    How can I add more notification sounds?

    The sounds are embedded in the app. So the only way to have new push notification sounds is for the app developer to put them in the app. Hence adding new sounds to the blue iris sounds folder will only make them available to the blue iris on the PC, not the mobile apps.

    Yes, I have had blue iris running for several weeks without me touching it on a phone by the front door. Cycling through all my cameras. It even reconnects after I reboot the blue iris PC.

    Make sure the foam ring is pulled out, and the dome is clean. I had some IR bleed. I can honestly can see no difference in the image quality when removing the dome from mine. Day or night.
