    Hi I have BI 4.8.6.3 x64 it has been working great with my IPC-HDW5231R-Z cameras. I just purchased the IPC-T3241T-ZAS and I can not zoom in BI I can zoom with IE just not with BI. so i am wondering what to check in BI? PTZ/Control is set to Network IP ONVIF (OXML) Thanks
