    After upgrading my CPU runs at 95 - 100%. While trying to customize each camera, I find that the main menu is not accessible (greyed out) and the camera settings (right click on camera) are also not accessible. I emailed support but have not heard back. Any help is much appreciated.

    I feel like an idiot, but I can't get my cams to sync with my BI server. I followed the directions to set the server IP and Port, created the rule in Windows firewall and still get error (can not connect to server) when testing. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Thanks guys.
