Ah actually nevermind, I had to re-install the app and its working perfectly now. A pop-up shows with the picture when you hit the save photo button and then allows you to either save to phone or email/message to someone.

Re: Blue Iris Port Forwarding problems, with Double Router Setup with Comcast Busines You should be able to access it via a browser as well using the external IP and port when you are outside of your network. If you are inside your network, use the local IP and port and it should work.
