I just upgraded to build 4.8.4.5 and my iOS push is not working. I checked and both devices are checked in the mobile push settings. The logs show iOS push failure 21489xxxx

I am running iOS 11 with the latest BI4 on the server and BI4 on the iOS app. I have two devices my iPad receives the triggers and the alert tone. On my iPhone I am not able to receive the alert tone but I do receive the trigger and the picture associated with it. I have notifications turned on...

There is no checkbox in the latest build of BI4 under the websever tab that will allow me to switch to the old legacy websever.

Those seems to only be the BI helper builds. What I need are the last few BI4 updates.

Even if you suspend the updates on W10, W10 will eventually push the updates even if you suspend them. Your device may reboot unexpectedly. Any way to stop the reboot.

I tried the /default.htm on IE and FF.

I did that, but it does not do anything. It just opens a blank page when I type my IP+PORT and the /default.htm

I noticed today in BI3 that when you launch the web browser from let's say an external source on the WAN, and you have the security settings checked if you were to click cancel on the username and password field and then reload the page again without closing the browser your cameras will appear...

I noticed that my 12 hour clips are being cut at 11 AM instead of 12 AM/12 PM. Due to daylight savings time change. How can I fix it so my clips get cut every 12 hours at 12am/12pm. I have the settings in the cameras set to 12 hours. Thanks

Yep, just upgraded and push is working again.

Good to hear that they are working on it. I wonder if a new build would need to be made or if Apple fixes it and the push notifications start working.

Please report it to Ken or send an email to support. So they can be notified since more and more folks are having the same issue. Hopefully we will soon have a new update or new BI build.

Just updated both the server and the ios app. Issue still exists. Can anyone that has push notifications enabled test on their side to see if they are receiving the push alerts. The TEST push also does not come in.

Yes, it is green. All settings have been checked. And push notifications are enabled on all cameras and also in the settings for my iphone on the server and on the phone as well
