Hi , does anyone know if there is a way to view a Hikvision NVR HDD via a PC, What I mean is ... can I remove the HDD from the NVR , place into a PC and using some sort of viewer program , view the video .?? . Cheers

Okay , worked out the latest ver..has option for hik-connect ...only problem seems to run much slower I guess that'S the cloud for you.

Hi , I currently have similar problems with hik-connect..I.e only get approx 50% of notifications pop up.. but once in app all the notifications are there. Wonder what devices & IOS are you guys using ? I'm using a SE iphone , same as I phone 6 / with ver 11.2.2

But been thinking Im going to try tftp from a couple of different PC's just in case PC & OS ver is causing a problem.

Updated firmware, tftp will not connect ...as the unit beeps 15 times then reboots ..boot loop.

Hi All, My Problem unable to switch on / off, push alerts (I.e Alarms : set alarm notification) on the IVMS-4500 , while on outside network.. Works on inside network ...On outside network I get 'connection failed'. I can view the cameras on inside & outside network , no problem there... So...

So I can only change camera password by logging into each camera ? Then change NVR password to suit ? so not possible just to change password on NVR , which in turn change cameras to same password..? thank you again.
