Uniview 4K UHD on Blue Iris

That's what I'm trying to find out -- Uni doesn't have an authorized dealer list, and I don't want to take a shot in the dark. Is there a vendor list here that would carry it?

Uniview 4K UHD on Blue Iris

Looks interesting. Where is a good source for this model? Nelly's doesn't carry it, and I don't find much in the way of shopping on Google.

Uniview 4K UHD on Blue Iris

I've never bought Uniview cameras before, but they look like decent build quality. I'm considering replacing a Foscam bullet camera in my system with a Uniview 4K UHD camera. I have 9 cameras in total (all but the Foscam are 2K Samsung Techwin domes). Before I order, I'm curious how much CPU...

    BI server initiated intrusion attempt?!

Yes, the cameras are not accessible from the outside.

    BI server initiated intrusion attempt?!

I'm running BI 4.5.7.0 on a Optiplex 5040 that was purchased new and has only ever been used for BI. It's headless, and has never even been used to browse the internet. I'm running Symantec Endpoint Protection, and following the WannaCry scare, added Malwarebytes just for a little additional...

    Audio echo

I have a BI system (4.5.1.4) with several cameras with a problem that just recently started. Two cams are wired (one Foscam, and one Samsung). The third cam is a wireless Foscam. Before you go off on the choice of Foscam, they were the first cams purchased and are being replaced by more...

    Clip: Write Error 8000003a

Got it -- iSCSI target. That's what I was looking for.

    Clip: Write Error 8000003a

Yes, I am. So, if I understand, there is no way to run as a service and still have a real time copy of the clips outside of the BI box. I suppose I could set up my NAS to do real time remote sync, so each time a clip is stored, it would be sync'd to the NAS.

    Clip: Write Error 8000003a

Yeah, I saw that too, but wasn't quite sure what to make of it.

    Clip: Write Error 8000003a

I searched the help file within BI, but it didn't shed any light on the issue. Might you elaborate a bit, or point me to the relevant section of the help file?

    Clip: Write Error 8000003a

I'm trying to configure my BI to write clips to both local storage and a NAS folder. I've created clone cams and hidden them, and told them to record to the Aux 1 folder. In the Aux 1 folder (in Clips and Archiving), I've pointed it to a NAS folder by browsing to \\HOMENAS\Blue_Iris_Clips. I...

Hidden cameras still show in iOS app

Thanks -- That did it! Not sure why that one slipped my mind. It was still a bit confusing though -- the hidden camera didn't disappear from the +All Cameras view, even after force closing the iOS app and restarting it, even though the hidden camera didn't show up when cycling. I had to...

Cycle through cameras on iOS App

On the Cameras page, press and hold the +All cameras view for a few seconds. It will start auto cycling.

Hidden cameras still show in iOS app

In an attempt to have a real-time clone of my clips saved to NAS (as a real-time backup, and in case the BI server is stolen), I've followed advice here and created clone cameras which save to the network share, and then hidden the cameras. I've configured the BI server to not show hidden...
